One mat. Many lineages.

Different lineages.
One human family.

Wrestling, judo, and jiu-jitsu united to build people, strengthen communities, and carry transformation beyond the mat.

Enter the vision

The mat is bigger than the ruleset.

Every grappling art has its own history, language, and way of testing truth. UGA exists to honor those differences while organizing around what they build in human beings.

Practice forms the person. Community carries the lesson.

Three doors.
One practice.

Not one art absorbed into another. Three traditions meeting as equals around a shared purpose.

01

Wrestling

Courage under pressure. Honest effort. The willingness to meet resistance and keep moving.

02

Judo

Balance through movement. Mutual welfare. The intelligence to redirect force without losing center.

03

Jiu-Jitsu

Humility through practice. Position before action. The patience to solve what strength alone cannot.

Transformation has four chambers.

  1. CourageFace what you fear.
  2. BalanceFind center in chaos.
  3. HumilityBegin again with beginner's mind.
  4. PurposeAlign passion with service.

A global vision began as a local room.

UGA was not only a concept. It became a nonprofit, a physical dojo, youth and adult programs, formal governance, and a five-chapter training curriculum.

The founding aim was not to make everyone practice the same art. It was to help different lineages become one transformational community.

The Origin Film

Created in 2023, this six-minute film preserves the Dorado chapter: training, competition, beach wrestling, youth, adults, and the community as it actually lived.

The movement and the infrastructure.

UGA carries the mission of unity and transformation. The Way OSS is the living digital infrastructure being built now for practice-based communities.

One mat can change a life.
Connected mats can change the world.
